From the creepy to the cute, here are our top five picks for hosting a Halloween party this year.
1. Jello Worms
This creepy crawly snack will make students squirm and squeal as they slurp them down. This treat is made by setting jello inside of drinking straws.
2. Pumpkin Bowling
This game will keep the class occupied throughout the party. Turn paper towel rolls into ghosts and then knock them all down with a small pumpkin-bowling-ball.
3. Halloween Banner
This banner can be used year after year. Have students contribute by having each one design their own triangle. You can add on every new year of students creations to string across the classroom.
4. Spooky Ghost Balloons
Simply insert a glow stick into a balloon before inflating. Students will love the spooky glowing effect of the ghoul when the lights are dimmed.
5. Healthy Snacks
A class party wouldn’t be the same without treats! Keep with the pumpkin theme by drawing faces on fruit cups or Clementine oranges. The kids will enjoy comparing pumpkin expressions and you get to avoid the inevitable sugar high (and crash) that would come along with candy.
